Always looking for answers, always trying to see around corners, Chris’ driving force is helping clients take stock of today and help prepare for tomorrow. Chris is responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s investment management strategies and has managerial oversight of client investment portfolios.
Before joining Private Client Group in 2018, Chris was the lead portfolio manager of a 4-Star Morningstar rated institutional mutual fund, a position he held since the fund's inception in June 2013. Before that, Chris was the Chief Investment Officer of a registered investment advisor. During that period he had oversite of an investment team managing over $500 million across three publicly listed mutual funds and separate accounts. Earlier in his career, Chris refined his investment and research skills as an equity research analyst at firms such as at Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Wells Fargo Securities. Early in his career, Chris was a member of the real estate investment banking team at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on the origination and distribution of CMBS securities. He holds FINRA Series 7, 65 and 63 licenses and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®. He graduated from Rutgers College.
